Export accident documents
Summary: You will use the Exports tab to produce one of five accident documents, and understand which you can generate and why the TPA package can be blocked.
The report header's Export action opens the Exports tab, which offers up to five PDF documents, each built for a different reader.

What you can generate
You can generate only documents whose every section falls inside bands you hold. A Scene-band-only reader (Regional/District Asset Protection Managers, Store Coordinators, and every other Scene-only role) is entitled to exactly one, the Store copy, on either track; the other four each need at least the Claim band. The three employee-only documents are refused outright on a general-liability report, because there is no workers'-comp claim to answer for.
The TPA package completeness gate
The TPA package is the one export that leaves your organization and starts a claim file with an outside adjuster, so it is gated on completeness: the button stays disabled until every field it prints has an answer, and the Exports tab lists what is outstanding, grouped by the tab that owns it (Employment, Claim & filing, Treatment, Outcome).
The gate deliberately does not require anything only time can supply (return-to-work date, days away, the surveillance conclusion), because those are unknowable on the day the package is due. The two disability dates are required only once lost time has been confirmed.
The other four documents are not gated, they are internal or statutory copies of what is known and print an honest ", " for what is not, so gating them would only hide the report from the people filling it in.
On a general-liability report the TPA button is disabled for the track reason instead, with no field list: there is no TPA package for a customer accident.
What prints where
- Employer identity and the resolved carrier print on the internal report, the employee copy, and the TPA package: an employee's statutory copy has to name the carrier.
- The OSHA document prints the establishment's name and address only (no FEIN, NAICS, carrier, or policy number. It de-identifies by omitting free text rather than scrubbing it: it never includes an account, statement, contact detail, employee ID, date of birth, or photo, so there is no narrative for a name to hide in. It is titled "OSHA Form 301 Equivalent"), it is not the official government form, is not filed with anyone, and carries a ruled blank for a narrative to be completed by hand.
- The Legal tab is never printed on any export.
