Ask the Connections Lens
Summary: You will use the Connections Lens to answer questions about how incidents connect, without building a query.
The Connections Lens is a conversational assistant whose scope is connections and individual incidents. It is available to Administrators, Supervisors, Managers, ORC Analysts, Investigators, Store Coordinators, and the field asset-protection roles. (Aggregate loss analytics is a different assistant, the Store Analytics Lens, and this one will not answer those questions.)
What you can ask

Two behaviors matter:
- No false negatives on a direct pair question. If two named incidents have no stored connection, the assistant scores them on the spot and reports the signals it found. It never answers "no connection found."
- Subjective language is challenged, not guessed at. If you say "strong," "good," or "suspicious," it asks what threshold you mean before running anything.
Broad questions (plate chains, signal clusters, the review queue) are answered from connections already computed; a question about one specific pair uses the stored result if there is one and scores the pair live if not.
What it will not do
- It shows no imagery. The assistant is text-only end to end: it answers from the connection data alone, with no suspect, vehicle, or evidence photos.
- You cannot paste or upload an image into it. That was removed on security grounds and is not a gap awaiting a fix.
- No export of a conversation, and no user control over how long conversations are compacted (compaction preserves specifics: event identifiers, plate numbers, store numbers, conclusions drawn, and any threshold you gave).
